Work closely with
CEO, CHRO and Business Heads
to understand role requirements and build search strategy for senior roles.
Drive
C-suite and senior leadership hiring
across multiple countries.
Perform
market mapping, headhunting and talent research
for leadership roles.
Build and manage a
strong pipeline of global leadership talent
.
Present
shortlists with clear assessment notes
to stakeholders.
Manage relationships with
external partners
involved in leadership hiring, where required.
Work with internal teams (HRBP, Compensation, Legal, Mobility) to
close offers
and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate data on
ATS / recruitment trackers
and share regular status reports with stakeholders.
Ensure
high-quality candidate experience
and confidentiality for all senior mandates.

Desired Candidate Profile

10–15 years
of experience in
leadership hiring / C-suite hiring / senior management hiring
.
Strong exposure to
international hiring
(APAC / EMEA / US or multi-country exposure).
Proven track record of
closing C-level or CXO-1 roles
.
Experience with a
large recruitment/TA team
or
leadership hiring COE
in a mid/large organisation.
Excellent
stakeholder management
skills and ability to work with CXOs.
Strong
headhunting, networking and market mapping
skills.
Very good
communication and presentation skills
.
High level of
integrity, discretion and professionalism
.
Immediate or short notice (0–30 days) availability preferred.
MBA / PG in HR or related field preferred (not mandatory).
