About the role

What you’ll do

  • Run the 

    annual internal comms plan

    : townhalls, intranet/newsletters, leadership notes.
  • Lead 

    media relations

    : press releases, pitches, bylines, spokesperson prep; manage PR agencies.
  • Own 

    digital

    : website/newsroom content calendar, social publishing (LinkedIn/X/YouTube), analytics.
  • Build 

    playbooks

     for portfolio companies (launches, announcements, crisis templates) and advise founders.
  • Maintain 

    brand governance

    , approvals, content QA; partner with Legal/Compliance on risk.
  • Track 

    SOV/engagement

     and deliver monthly dashboards to leadership.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Communications/PR/Journalism/Marketing; MBA/PG in Comms is a plus.
  • 8–12 years across 

    agency + inhouse

    ; proven 

    tier1 media

     outcomes and crisis handling.
  • Excellent writing/editing; confident with CMS/WordPress, social schedulers, and analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management with 

    CXO/Board

     exposure; high judgment and speed.
