Key Responsibilities of a Senior Recruiter in Gurgaon
As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and contribute to strategic talent initiatives:
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire process, from initial job requisition and strategic sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Targeted Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality candi through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, and creative sourcing channels.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers in Gurgaon, advising on ket trends, refining role requirements, and ensuring selection alignment.
  • Process Excellence: Coordinate and conduct structured behavioural and competency-based interviews, ensuring a world-class candi experience.
  • ATS & Data Integrity: Maintain impeccable candi data and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Talent Strategy: Contribute to global employer branding initiatives and implement in ative recruitment process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking a candi with a passion for building successful teams and a proven track record:
  • Experience: 6-8 years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Expertise: Hands-on experience hiring for high-volume or specialised customer-facing roles (e.g., Sales, Customer Support, Success).
  • Tools: High proficiency in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter .
  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organi ional skills, and a high degree of ownership.
