Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and help build a strong talent pipeline for our organization. The ideal candidate has exceptional stakeholder-management skills, deep sourcing expertise, and a proven track record of hiring top talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across the organization.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, networking, and talent mapping.
Conduct initial screening, behavioral interviews, and competency-based assessments.
Drive a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update ATS data, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
Build and manage talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Mentor junior recruiters and support team performance and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
