Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Recruiter at Expert Law. The Senior Recruiter will focus on leading and executing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, creating effective recruitment strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process. Collaboration with team members and using data-driven insights to refine hiring practices will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Strong experience with full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate evaluation
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans
Exceptional communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and employment trends
Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Previous recruitment experience in the legal or professional services sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
