Job Description Role Overview: You will work closely with the team heads to understand the key imperatives and the short and long-term talent acquisition needs to meet business objectives. Your main responsibility will be to execute strategies in agreement with the top-level management on how to create the talent pipeline. Additionally, you will be developing, driving, and executing comprehensive staffing strategies designed to recruit candidates for Microsoft Cloud Computing Technology business leveraging talent sourcing, competitive research, and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Extract the pool of candidates from various job boards and manage the database effectively. - Assist the business in understanding the pan India availability of resources, cost, and recruitment strategies. - Prepare Job Descriptions for open positions. - Pre-screen resumes and conduct phone screens with candidates. - Schedule interviews and send assignments/tests to the candidates. - Follow up regularly with the candidates until they join. - Manage walk-in-management for bulk/mass hiring, handle pool campus drives, and conduct preliminary interviews of candidates. - Oversee the recruitment life cycle end to end, from initial screening, on-boarding till the exit process. - Ensure proper documentation and file management for all functional operations, including maintaining personal files of all employees, probation/confirmation letters, etc., and prepare functional MIS.
