This role is for an HR Manager to lead and coordinate Human Resources efforts and office administration for the India office. The ideal candidate will work closely with corporate teams to manage recruiting, employee engagement, employee relations, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities Work closely with corporate recruiting to develop staffing strategies , source candidates, interview, and hire talent. Identify and investigate employee issues and concerns , collaborating with corporate HRBP for resolution and providing support on performance matters. Provide comprehensive office administration , including facility support, filing, visitor reception, supplies management, event coordination, security, mailing, and travel support. Skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Strong understanding of India national and state laws and regulations pertinent to HR and payroll. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders. Ability to identify and resolve employee relations concerns effectively. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant experience in recruiting Software Engineers/QA Engineers . Experience working for a US-based company with a presence in India , preferably recruiting for US-based software companies. Relevant Human Resources experience with a generalist understanding of HR practices, administration, and performance management. Experience working as an office coordinator or administrator .
