Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Executive in the Corporate HR - TA department based in Noida, your role involves working closely with team heads to understand key imperatives and talent acquisition needs. Your responsibilities include: - Understanding short and long-term talent acquisition needs to meet business objectives. - Executing strategies agreed upon with top-level management to create a talent pipeline. - Developing, driving, and executing comprehensive staffing strategies for recruiting candidates for Microsoft Cloud Computing Technology business. - Leveraging talent sourcing, competitive research, and industry knowledge to attract the right candidates. - Extracting candidates from various job boards and managing the candidate database effectively. - Assisting the business in understanding the availability of resources, cost implications, and recruitment strategies nationwide. - Preparing detailed job descriptions for open positions. - Screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating interviews and assignments for candidates. - Conducting walk-in management for bulk hiring, organizing pool campus drives, and conducting preliminary candidate interviews. - Managing the recruitment life cycle from initial screening, on-boarding, and exit processes. - Ensuring proper documentation and file management for all functional operations, including maintaining employee personal files and preparing functional MIS reports.
