Experience with multi-entity rollouts, financial consolidations, and localization requirements. Strong documentation, stakeholder-facing communication, and solution articulation skills. Proven ability to lead functional workstreams, influence design choices, and manage cross-functional dependencies. Practical exposure to reporting tools (Power BI, Advance excel etc) and data structures required for both operational and financial reporting.
