Role Overview

: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead executive and senior level hiring globally, with a primary focus on the US market. This individual contributor role requires deep expertise in leadership hiring across functions such as Sales, HR, Marketing, Legal, and M&A, as well as the ability to manage strategic talent acquisition projects, including M&A integrations, process optimization, and global talent mapping.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Hiring (Core Focus – 80% US market):

• End-to-end ownership of leadership roles (Director-level and above) across all corporate functions globally.
• Source top-tier passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
