Manager - Leadership Hiring

Role Overview: As a Leadership Hiring Manager at Lowes, you will be responsible for owning and executing executive level searches across the Lowes India organization. Your role will involve partnering with senior business leaders and the internal Talent function to conduct senior level searches, providing strategic guidance, conducting research to identify top talent, creating unique search strategies, and ensuring a superior candidate experience reflective of Lowes" culture. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with senior business leaders and internal Talent function to execute senior level searches for Lowes India - Provide strategic guidance and advice in partnership with executive leadership - Conduct research to map target companies and top talent for Lowes India - Develop innovative search strategies to identify and attract the best talent - Conduct on-site interviews, participate in debriefs, perform reference checks, and present employment offers on behalf of Lowes - Focus on KPIs including cost per hire, time to offer, time to fill, diversity, and customer experience - Champion Diversity and Inclusion aspirations by educating stakeholders and prospective candidates - Cultivate a superior candidate experience and work with key stakeholders across the organization Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required Additional Company Details: Lowes is a FORTUNE 100 home improvement company with total fiscal year 2024 sales of more than $83 billion.
