This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence to support the company's overall business objectives. They ensure that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. They maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans for delivery and sales operations aligned with organizational goals. Optimize resource allocation and utilization to enhance operational efficiency. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in service delivery. Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential impact on business outcomes. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions. Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, and other stakeholders to align operations with business strategies. Manage and optimize the operations budget, ensuring effective resource allocation. Evaluate, implement and improve technology solutions that support revenue operations Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure delivery operations align with customer expectations. Interact with Vendors to implement operational technology or systems Education MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience 2-5 years of experience in senior operations management or a related leadership role. Proven track record of driving operational excellence in a dynamic business environment. Advanced experience supporting team members and providing constructive feedback. Experience leading and managing teams. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations N/A- for recruitment purposes. Skill Requirements Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for operations. Ability to align operational goals with the overall business strategy. Change Management: Proven ability to lead and manage organizational change. Experience in implementing new processes and systems. Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee complex initiatives. Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Leadership and Management: Ability to inspire and motivate team members. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative. Operational Excellence: Proven track record of optimizing delivery or sales operations processes. Experience in implementing and maintaining efficient workflows. Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience in presenting operational updates and strategies. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing preemptive solutions. Customer Focus: Understanding of customer needs and expectations. Ability to align operations with customer satisfaction goals. Proven experience in delivering high-quality services to clients. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant technologies in delivery or sales operations. Ability to leverage technology for process improvement and automation. Collaboration: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work closely with sales, finance, marketing, and other departments.
