Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of recruiters and account managers focused on IT staffing. Develop and implement effective staffing strategies that meet client demands. Enhance relationships with clients to understand their specific staffing needs. Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job requirement definition to candidate onboarding. Monitor and analyze staffing performance metrics to drive improvement. Deliver quarterly reports on recruitment activities and effectiveness to senior management. Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to forecast staffing requirements. Manage budgets associated with recruitment and staffing initiatives. Identify and leverage recruitment tools and platforms to enhance talent acquisition. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in recruitment practices. Conduct regular training sessions for the recruitment team on best practices. Negotiate contracts and terms with recruitment agencies as necessary. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment management. Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing staffing strategies. High level of proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
