Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment management. Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing staffing strategies. High level of proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
