Head General Staffing

As the Head General Staffing at GVMS, you will be responsible for leading the Staffing division as the SBU Head. Your role will include managing P&L, driving revenue growth, overseeing business development, operations, billing, collection, and relationship management. You will appoint suitable resources as Biz Heads for UC Locations in alignment with Organizational Goals & VH KRA. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing staffing plans for the division or department. - Implementing sourcing strategies such as data-mining, online posting, direct sourcing, networking, and social media. - Ensuring productivity and profitability. - Establishing and nurturing customer relationships through site visits, social activities, and effective communication. - Hiring, monitoring, counseling, analyzing, disciplining, and recommending changes in employee status. - Administering organizational policies and procedures. - Supporting the preparation of proposals and customer service agreements for new accounts. - Participating in safety initiatives and suggesting process improvements. - Developing candidate search profiles and clarifying role expectations. - Managing the complete lifecycle staffing process for a pre-IPO company. - Collaborating with hiring managers to strategize staffing for current and future needs. - Leading external recruitment sources and handling employment agencies contract negotiations. - Developing reports for management recruitment and updating staffing programs and policies. You will also collaborate with the staffing manager and team to execute searches effectively.
