We take pride in our work, are passionate, work as a team, and always strive to make it fun. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our Outsourcing business in India. Working as part of the Global Sales team, you will collaborate with peers to drive new business opportunities across the region. Your responsibilities will include identifying and closing major revenue opportunities within RPO solutions, Project, and Advisory service lines. You will be held accountable for achieving annual revenue and margin targets, working closely with solutions & tender teams, delivery leads, and operational recruitment teams. To succeed in this role, you should have 12+ years of business development experience with RPO and/or Recruitment Projects. You should be a self-starter proficient in lead generation and networking. Experience in managing direct reports and supporting global capability centers or shared services centers is advantageous.
