Job Overview

We re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the talent acquisition function and lead a recruitment team of 10+ members. The role involves planning, strategy, and a good amount of travel, especially for campus and walk-in drives across different states.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 10+ recruiters to meet hiring targets.


• Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and plan recruitment strategies.


• Oversee Pan-India hiring through campus drives, job fairs, and walk-in drives.


• Build and execute employer branding initiatives to position SGICL as a preferred workplace.


• Use data and hiring metrics to improve efficiency, sourcing quality, and candidate experience.


• Drive employee retention and engagement strategies in coordination with HR leadership.


• Create strong internal mobility practices to support career progression within the organization.


• Travel across 24 states as required for recruitment events and related activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-volume recruitment teams.


• Hands-on experience in campus hiring and large-scale hiring campaigns.


• Good understanding of HR metrics, hiring funnels, and data-driven decision-making.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and planning abilities.


• Comfortable with extensive travel when needed.
