Job Description

Responsibilities :

Source candidates through research, online platforms, and headhunting tools.
Network actively to engage passive talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
Conduct interviews to assess leadership, performance, and cultural fit.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
Strengthen employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work with senior management on hiring needs and recruitment metrics.
Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and leadership hiring best practices.

Must Have:

2-6 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in senior-level hiring and headhunting in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in successfully managing, prioritizing, and closing searches against a timeline and setting benchmarks and metrics.
A deep understanding of the market so we know where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable, with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
