• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively.

• Ability to

  build candidate pipelines

  and maintain strong professional networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements in US Healthcare and design a sourcing strategy accordingly.
  
• Source candidates through

  job portals, internal databases, headhunting, LinkedIn, and referrals

  .
• Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates to ensure role fitment.
  
• Engage and counsel candidates on job opportunities and organizational benefits.
  
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and manage the

  entire recruitment cycle

  .
• Build strong relationships with candidates to attract both active and passive talent.
  
• Support activities like

  market mapping, research, post-offer follow-ups, and joining support

  .
