About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
  
• Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates communication skills and role fitment.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding client requirements to offer closure.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
  
• Work on recruitment for domains such as Accounts, Finance, and Marketing (e.g., Content Writers, Digital Marketers, SEO Executives, etc.).
  
• Ensure timely communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify manpower needs and deliver quality candidates on time.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques using NAUKRI (preferred for experienced candidates).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
