The ideal candidate should be results-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about education and online learning. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through multi-channel digital strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. Generate high-quality teacher and student leads (target: tutors/trainers in niche domains like SAP, Spoken English, Physics, etc.). SEO & Content Strategy Plan and execute effective SEO strategies to rank on competitive keywords (e.g., "Physics tutor near me", "SAP trainer online"). Coordinate with content writers for blogs, articles, and landing page optimization. Social Media Marketing Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Design festival creatives, reels, and promotional posts tailored to educational services. Email Marketing & Automation Build and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue. Retarget cold leads and improve conversions via automated drip campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM data. Suggest actionable improvements to enhance conversion and retention rates. EdTech-Specific Initiatives Collaborate with onboarding/sales team to design digital campaigns for: Internship + training programs Faculty onboarding Student enrollments Understand competitor strategies (e.g., Vedantu, Byjus, UrbanPro) and optimize digital positioning accordingly. Required Skills: Proven digital marketing experience in EdTech or related B2C sectors. Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, SEMrush/Ubersuggest. Strong grasp on SEO/SEM, PPC, content marketing, and lead funnels. Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop is a plus). Analytical mindset with ROI-driven approach. Excellent communication skills and creative thinking. Preferred: Prior experience in marketing for online learning platforms or tutor aggregators (e.g., UrbanPro, LearnPick). Basic knowledge of EdTech market and tutor behavior. Awareness of trending digital learning models and content. Growth Path: Performance-based promotion to Digital Marketing Manager within 12–18 months with added responsibility for budget ownership and team handling.
