Zouk has over 6,00,000+ Happy Customers and has been featured by media outlets like CNBC TV18, ELLE, Cosmopolitan, ET Prime, YourStory. Our bags were also organically featured in the Vidya Balan movie Sherni, Amazon Prime movie Majaa Maa, Netflix’s show Little Things 3, Amazon Prime series Hush Hush and Sony TV’s Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2. Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to drive end-to-end hiring, lead campus engagement initiatives, and own employer branding efforts. This role is key to building a future-ready talent pipeline and establishing Zouk as a preferred employer in the lifestyle and fashion space.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end recruitment across roles – from sourcing to offer closure

● Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and define role requirements

● Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking platforms

● Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure timely communication

● Maintain data hygiene and reporting via Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

● Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent communities and past candidates

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can grow with us and make Zouk one of the biggest global brands from India. An ideal candidate would be someone with the following:

● 1-2 years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting - majorly store-level hiring using diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Experience in Lifestyle, Fashion and Retail or Consumer Industry is preferred.
