Greeting from iSource ITES!!! We are hiring for AR Callers!!! Years of experience: 1 - 4 years Designation: AR/Sr AR Caller Location: Chennai (Velachery) Process: RCM (US Healthcare) Shift: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM Cab : Two-way (within 10km radius) Dinner : Free of Cost Roles and Responsibilities Reviewing and analyzing unpaid claims and denied payments from insurance companies. Contacting insurance companies, patients, and other parties to resolve billing issues and disputes. Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies and discrepancies in claims. Negotiating payment arrangements and payment plans with patients. Updating patient and insurance information in the billing system. Responding to patient inquiries regarding billing and insurance issues. Preparing and submitting appeals for denied claims.
