Role & responsibilities

Operations & Departmental Management-

Vision Centre
Outreach, Project & programs
Central Store & Inventory
Optical,
Pharmacy,
Transport and Support Services departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and departmental performance.
Ensure proper inventory management and procurement processes for all departments under supervision.

Vision centre, Outreach & Project Management

Provide Leadership & Guidance to the VC, Outreach & programs.
Monitor outreach team performance and ensure targets are met in terms of patient volume and impact.
Assess the impact of outreach activities and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and community reach.
Establish partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and government bodies to support and expand outreach initiatives.
Evaluate the impact of outreach activities and propose improvements for better reach and service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness across all Vision Centres, ensuring better community penetration and service accessibility.
Work with Project Managers, In-charge-VCs & Cluster Supervisors, to expand the hospital's community reach and engagement.
Working in coordination with the project donor for the effective implementation of the programs & projects.
Ensuring timely reporting to the donors as per TAT

Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the hospital management from time to time, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/MHA/MPH/PGDM-Hospital Management

4-6 years of experience in the similar profile
