Job Description

Position Overview:

Boeing India Talent Acquisition team currently looking for Senior Campus Recruiter to join their team in BIETC ( Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center )Bangalore, India.

This position will be required to participate in a variety of recruitment activities ensuring that the organizations talent acquisition process is efficient, effective and equitable.

Act as a representative of the company to promote its culture and opportunities, attracting candidates to apply for open positions.

Position Responsibilities:

This position will carry out talent acquisition operations which includes, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders and HR to forecast hiring needs.
  • Design and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top university/Tier 1 talent for internships and entry-level roles.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, student groups, and recruitment networks and Manage volume hiring across Boeing India through university engagement.
  • Lead participation in campus events and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Create job ads, screen candidates, and support onboarding.
  • Stay current on campus hiring trends, maintain university partnerships, align with global programs, and track key recruitment metrics.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure effective talent acquisition.
  • Develop and monitor recruitment progress and tracks statistics on key talent acquisition metrics reporting status to Business Partners, HR and Talent Acquisition Leadership systematically
  • Actively participating in decision-making around funding of universities and technical schools.
  • Integrating with broader international internship/apprenticeship activities and programs.
  • Strong ability to connect with and influence young professionals, build rapport, and provide career guidance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in volume based lateral and university hiring
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Well-organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with high ethics, able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with local HR policies and ATS systems
  • Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
  • Ability to connect with and guide young professionals
  • Team player with initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Recruitment experience in a multinational or agency setting
  • Knowledge of tech recruitment and Workday ATS is a plus
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, including contractor and outsourcing channels

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically, 12-16 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required.

Relocation: This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
