Placement Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Placement Manager

• Ensure job opportunities are available for every graduating learner across assigned centers.
• Generate at least 20 relevant vacancies each month locally where Paid TAFs are not available.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to facilitate the placement process.
• Collaborate with Center Managers, Counsellors, and Trainers to align training outcomes with market needs.
• Help conduct assessments to ensure learners meet the job requirements as per Talent Acquisition Forms (TAFs).
• Coach and counsel learners throughout the program to align expectations and enhance interview readiness.
• Track and update placement data accurately in internal systems (ELITE, MIS).
• Ensure timely collection and submission of placement documents: offer letters, joining confirmations, etc.
• Assist in resolving placement logistics: travel, accommodation, and other onboarding needs.
• Contribute to regional and BU-level placement targets and support new business initiatives with potential employers.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with Lead - Placements, Trainers, Counselors, Franchise Managers, and Central Placement Team.
• Report daily and weekly placement metrics and student progress.
• Participate in monthly reviews and center-level business meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline

• Experience:

  2-5 years in campus placements, recruitment, staffing, or EdTech preferred

• Industry:

  Education, Staffing, HR, Sales, or CSR

• Languages:

  Fluent in English and local language; Hindi is a plus

• Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strong influencing and counseling skills

Highly organized with attention to data accuracy

Passionate about student success and youth development
