Placement Manager

Education qualification: - Graduation from any discipline, Preference will be given to MSW, BSW candidates.

Experience: Having 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. ·Strong knowledge of skill development business operations. Several years of experience in career counseling, job placement, or a similar role.

Job description:-

A good understanding of the skill development segment, Core Skills - Good oral and written communication skills in the regional Language, english. Aside from being knowledgeable in all aspects of skill development, the incumbent must also be aggressive enough to achieve for connecting students with job opportunities by building employer relationships, preparing students for the job market through resume writing and interview training, and organizing recruitment events.

Be a team player, have good people skills, and be a good networker and relationship builder. He must also track placement data, provide feedback for program improvement, and conduct market research to align training with industry demands.

Organize and manage on-campus and off-campus placement drives and job fairs. Arrange guest lectures and seminars by industry professionals. Maintain a database of potential recruiters and student profiles. Collect and analyze feedback from both students and recruiters to improve training programs.
