Job Summary

.Key Responsibilities
Career Coaching s Learner Development
- Conduct 1:1 and group sessions on résumé refinement, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and career planning.
- Guide learners in setting realistic career goals and understanding job market expectations.
- Facilitate mock interviews with actionable feedback to enhance confidence and job-readiness.
- Maintain learner engagement through regular communication, progress tracking, and motivational check-ins.
- Coach learners on soft skills, networking, and professional growth strategies.
Employer Partnerships s Job Placement
- Build and nurture partnerships with U.S.-based employers, HR leaders, and recruiters to secure opportunities for graduates.
- Maintain a nationwide employer database across key technology domains.
- Match learners with relevant job openings and internships based on skills, interests, and eligibility.
- Organize virtual job fairs, employer meetups, and hiring events to foster engagement.
- Collaborate with training teams to align certifications and outcomes with current market needs.
- Manage placement tracking through CRM systems and provide data-driven reports.
- Serve as the primary liaison between candidates and employers to ensure a seamless placement process.
Operational Excellence s Reporting
- Oversee the placement workflow from employer outreach to successful candidate onboarding.
- Communicate new opportunities, deadlines, and updates to learners effectively.
- Coordinate internal postings for LinkedIn and website job listings.
- Maintain placement records, feedback logs, and performance insights to improve outcomes.
- Track KPIs include placement rates, learner engagement, and employer satisfaction to ensure program success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in career services, recruitment, or placement management, preferably with U.S.-based companies.
- Strong understanding of U.S. hiring trends, talent acquisition practices, and tech workforce needs.
- Demonstrated success in building employer pipelines and achieving measurable placement outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems, job portals, and digital engagement tools for candidate tracking and employer outreach.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience within a college, bootcamp, or training provider managing job placement or career readiness programs.
- Familiarity with employment eligibility documentation (e.g., E-Verify, work visas, Form I-9).
- Knowledge of workforce development programs, apprenticeships, or entry-level tech hiring initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT and digital transformation roles (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, etc.).
