Role Summary

The Solution Architect – AI Adoption Services will be responsible for designing and drivingenterprise-wide AI adoption programs using Adoptify AI’s AdaptOps™ methodology. Thisrole combines business process transformation, AI solution alignment, and useradoption strategy — ensuring that organizations move from pilot to scaled AI impactseamlessly.The ideal candidate bridges technical understanding and organizational change, guidingcustomers through assessing readiness, designing enablement plans, and operationalizingAI responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Adoption & Enablement Design
  • Lead discovery sessions to assess organizational AI readiness (people, process,
platform).
  • Map business use cases to AdaptOps™ framework: Assess → Train → Validate →
Scale.
  • Design AI adoption roadmaps covering strategy, governance, training, and rollout.
  • Develop change-enablement plans integrating learning pathways (NetCom
Learning® + AI CERTs®).
  • Enterprise Solution Mapping
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical SMEs to identify workflow
automation and Copilot integration opportunities.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable adoption blueprints and measurable
ROI outcomes.
  • Align architecture with Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and data governance environments.
  • Governance & Responsible AI
  • Embed compliance principles (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, EU AI Act) into
adoption playbooks.
  • Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure transparent AI
usage.
  • Document adoption KPIs, risk mitigation steps, and governance dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Delivery, Platform, and Product teams to ensure readiness of tools,
templates, and labs (AI Labs 365®).
  • Liaise with marketing and client success teams to capture adoption stories, case
studies, and metrics.
  • Support pre-sales in client discovery and proposal development.
  • Change Management & Evangelism
  • Lead stakeholder training, communication, and champion-network building.
  • Run AI enablement workshops and AdaptOps™ bootcamps for functional leaders.
  • Monitor adoption health through data analytics and feedback loops.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in enterprise transformation, AI adoption, or digital
enablement consulting.
  • Proven track record designing and executing adoption programs for Microsoft,
Google, or similar AI platforms.
  • Solid understanding of AI governance, compliance, and change-management
frameworks.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; able to influence CXO-level
clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate adoption data into business insights.
  • Experience with enterprise environments (M365, Power Platform, Azure,
ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: AI Business Strategist / Power Platform Solution Architect.
  • Certification in Prosci Change Management, AI Governance, or ISO 42001
awareness.
  • Background in learning or organizational development is a plus.
  • Exposure to ISO/IEC 17024 or AI certification programs preferred.
