Placement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement placement strategies to achieve institute targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, corporates, and industry partners.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and pre-placement talks.
• Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with academic teams to align student skills with industry requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor's/Masters degree (preferably in Management, HR, or related field).

• Experience:

  6–8 years in placement coordination or corporate relations

  within an engineering institute

  .
• Strong network of industry contacts in core engineering and technology sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling large-scale campus drives.
• Knowledge of emerging industry trends and job roles in engineering domains.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
