1. To ensure the placement targets of the skill training centres of the Organization 2. To identify the recruiters/ HR of the MNCs, Companies, Hiring Institutions for the placements of the trained students
3. To coordinate with the skill centre team for collecting the profiles of the students and short-list them for the next steps of recruitment by the hiring institutions 4. To create the JDs and support the recruiters and also skill centres and bridge the gap and initiate the interviews
5. To organise sessions to the students for the interview skills and counsel them for attending the interviews
6. To invite and schedule the interviews for the short-listed students at the specified locations
7. To share the feedback of the interview performance to the skill centre SPOCs and the students for the betterment of next interviews
8. To guide and manage a set of reporting team in the execution of the recruitment process – collection of the students’ profiles, short-listing, schedule interviews, recruitment companies’ coordination for organizing the interviews and hire the students
9. To identify new recruitment companies for impact hiring of the trained students 10. To maintain the MIS of the entire execution – students, different levels of interview stages, Recruiters, schedules, offer letters, average salaries, etc.
11. To improve the average salaries of the placed students of each skill centre 12. To conduct the market research for the quality trainings and better placement opportunities to the students
13.Conduct job fairs, drives, melas, mobilization drives, etc.,
- To achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process. Support and coordinate with other team members wherever required. - To plan and engage with corporates for strategic activities including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions, etc. - To work with key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams to achieve both career services and larger objectives.

- Conduct Employee sensitization sessions
- Good knowledge on NAP scheme. Update self with latest schemes. - MOU’s signing with all the employer’s & maintaining the documents - To follow the instructions of the organization and contribute for the organisation growth
18. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and target beneficiaries.
19.Create awareness about the NGO’s programs and initiatives within the community.
20.Develop and implement mobilization strategies to recruit program beneficiaries or participants.
21. Train and support community volunteers, field workers, or mobilizers to ensure effective outreach.
22. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and orientation programs for local communities.
23. Ensure timely enrollment of participants and their continued engagement throughout the program.
24.Document success stories and best practices to highlight program impact. 25. Ensure mobilization activities stay within allocated budgets.
26.Manage resources effectively, including materials and personnel for outreach events.
1. Strong operational and team management skills that can be tailored to achieve the placements targets, team coordination, employers and support the existing skill training centres of Nirmaan to reach the targets
2. Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills including the ability to design placement plans and schedules
3. Strong financial management skills including managing budgets and using staff and centre resources flexibly to meet the needs.
4. Sharp focus on outcomes and how to shape interventions to achieve the maximum impact with youth on the programme.
5. Build positive relationships with youth and motivate individuals to achieve defined targets of taking up placements as per their wish
6. Able to undertake need assessments with youth that sensitively identify youth’s personal strengths and limitations.
7. Can implement new processes and ways of working across an operational staff team that are linked to placements.
8. Can-do attitude and willingness to use own initiative to solve ground level problems
9. Need to travel to the field, based on the need of the organization
2. 2 - 4 years of experience out of which at least 1 years should be in the similar position.
3. Have a pool of related placement HR links required for the execution of the projects
4. Exposure on JDs preparation required for placing in the industry 5. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
6. Knowledge of Industry demographics will be an added advantage 7. Adopt in using MS suites with proficiency in MS Excel and other Agile tools 8. Ability to handle placement targets of all skill centres
