Business Partnership : Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements, cultural fit, and compensation insights. End-to-End Recruitment : Own the full hiring cycle including JD creation, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Global & Remote Hiring : Hire across time zones, manage cross-border logistics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Ideal Candidate Experience : 612 years in tech/strategic hiring in IT, SaaS, or consulting, with global and startup exposure. Skills : Expertise in Boolean search, ATS tools (Zoho, Lever), stakeholder management, and global talent strategy.
