SUMMARY
Job Title: Senior Talent IT Sourcer Contract to Hire (Bangalore WFO)

Company: Hiring for Our Leading MNC Client (Payroll: 2COMS)

Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM 6:30 PM)
Work Mode: WFO Bangalore
Contract: 6 Months (C2H) Possible extension/absorption
Experience Required: 5+ Years in Talent Sourcing / IT Recruitment

Job Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy Talent IT Sourcer to join our client’s dynamic Talent Acquisition team. If sourcing on LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Slack, and crafting advanced Boolean strings is your superpower this opportunity is for you!

You will play a critical role in identifying top IT talent, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring teams to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

Source & engage potential IT candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack, job portals, referrals & networks.

Build strong pipelines for niche IT skills.

Use Boolean, X-Ray search & social sourcing to find passive talent.

Maintain structured candidate databases & records.

Re-engage past applicants for current roles.

Promote employer brand on social platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams for immediate hiring needs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in IT sourcing / technical recruiting.

Excellent understanding of sourcing strategies & talent mapping.

Expertise in Boolean search, job portals & social platforms.

Ability to pitch roles effectively & engage passive candidates.

Strong communication & time-management skills.

Comfortable working in a WFO, C2H environment.
