5 Days working from office only. Looking only Bangalore candidate's.
F ullcycle recruitment for domestic (India) IT hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, offer & onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements (tech stack, level, skills, culture).Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods.Maintain candidate pipelines, track metrics & report hiring progress.Negotiate offers, ensure candidate experience is smooth.Keep uptodate with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring.Good communication skills (verbal & written).Strong sourcing skills: Boolean searches, portals, LinkedIn etc.Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple open roles.Experience with or ability to learn applicant tracking tools / recruitment dashboards is a plus.
