Job Description

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for
C2H and permanent IT positions
.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
Conduct initial HR screening, evaluate candidates technical fitment, and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary/contract terms and manage offer closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

2 to 6 years
of experience in
IT recruitment
(C2H + Permanent hiring).
Strong understanding of IT skills, job roles, and market trends.
Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
Career gap should not exceed 6 months.

Education

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred: HR or related fields)
