Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Identifying and attracting skilled IT professionals through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, evaluating technical qualifications, conducting pre-screening interviews, and assessing cultural fit.
Hiring Process Management: Coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and managing communication between candidates and the hiring team.
Offer Negotiation: Presenting compelling offers, negotiating salaries and benefits, and guiding selected candidates through the onboarding process.
Market Expertise: Staying updated on emerging technologies and IT industry trends to effectively recruit for diverse roles.
Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and with candidates to understand their career aspirations.

Essential Skills

Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the required technical skills for those roles.
Communication Skills: Both oral and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, candidates, and hiring teams.
Sourcing & Networking: Proficiency with sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, and strong professional networking abilities.
