It Recruiter

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  
• Understand job requirements clearly by interacting with hiring managers.
  

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases to source relevant IT candidates.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for frequent or niche technology roles.
  

3. Screening & Evaluation

• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Shortlist candidates based on job criteria and hiring manager expectations.
  

4. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  
• Coordinate technical assessments or online tests if required.
  

5. Candidate Engagement

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Manage candidate expectations regarding role, compensation, and timelines.
  

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activities.
  
• Update candidate information and hiring status in ATS or HR systems.
  

7. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, share candidate pipelines, and provide recruitment insights.
  
• Take feedback from interviewers and refine the search accordingly.
  

8. Offer Management

• Support in salary negotiation, offer rollouts, and post-offer follow-ups to ensure joining.
  

9. Market Knowledge

• Stay updated with current industry trends and salary benchmarks in IT hiring.
  
• Understand various IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Testing, etc.)
  

10. Employer Branding

• Promote the company’s culture and opportunities to potential candidates.
  
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives like social media postings or referral drives.
