We are on an immediate lookout for a Manager for US taxation. Position: Managers/Assistant Managers US Taxation Job Description: Looking for a managerial candidate, who is responsible in managing the client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and meeting the quality standards for every tax project and maintaining communication with the clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Reviewing the US Tax Returns for Individuals and Entities and providing a signer ready returns to the clients Tax return variants include 1040/1041/1065/1120S/1120/990 Updating or creating the required SOPs for the engagements Providing training to the team members as and when required Education & Skillset Requirement Knowledge of US taxation and procedures in both Individual and Entity returns is required (1040, 1065 & 1120). Minimum Experience of 7 years and review experience of 3+ years in US Taxation is required. Adequate communication skills to raise queries with the clients and interpersonal skills are added advantage Basic MS-word, MS Excel & Adobe knowledge is required Degree in any discipline is mandatory Completion of Post Graduation/CA/CPA/EA is optional Must be currently working as reviewers (if they are not on sabbatical)

Roles and Responsibilities: Atleast 3-4 yrs in Channel Sales handling Direct dealers, Distributor and 2-3 yrs in Commercial Refrigeration company Experience in managing Dealers networks and optimizing resources to achieve sales and revenue targets. Developing and executing monthly business plans, assigning targets, and reviewing team performance Will require Travelling minimum 10 days in months within Karnataka. Visit/meeting with clients on daily basis. Updating & maintaining stock of distributor and dealer.
