Sr. Recruiter

Mid,

Strong Experience working on
Niche and Super Niche skills
Tech Stacks
Experience using various Client Portals
Knack of working on Emerging and Trending Technologies
Should be familiar with different technologies pertaining to the IT Positions.
Should ensure to deliver profiles with quick turn around time.
Assess the candidate's experience with reference to the JD.
Making effective use of resources such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Social Media, and Referrals.
Must have good communication skills with a good attitude to interact with candidates and clients.
Must be self-disciplined and work independently with motivation to close positions.

Compensation:

Fixed salary : 10000/- (open to discuss based on interview)

+

Incentive :

10% upto 3 Lacs billing.
15% above 3 Lacs (no upper CAP)
