We are seeking a highly driven and passionate IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring technology professionals across all experience levels from entry-level to senior leadership roles. You will play a key role in ensuring a fast-paced and high-quality hiring process to support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple IT positions simultaneouslyWork closely with technical teams and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectationsCreate, update, and publish clear and attractive job descriptions tailored to each positionSource talent using leading job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruiting channelsScreen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate with technical panelsMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data, dashboards, and reportsFollow up consistently with candidates and stakeholders to ensure strong engagement and closureEnsure a smooth onboarding process and complete closure of the recruitment cycleContribute to building and strengthening the employer brand through proactive hiring practicesWork aggressively to reduce hiring turnaround times while ensuring quality hires

Required Skills & Qualifications:

24 years of proven experience in IT hiringStrong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle pressure and manage multiple open roles at onceHigh ownership, strong follow-through, and result-oriented mindsetGood understanding of current technology skills and market trendsWell-organized with strong data management and documentation accuracy
