IT Recruiter

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Full-Time Employee (FTE) and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring within the IT domain, and a proven ability to source, screen, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT skill sets and levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for FTE and C2H roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand job requirements
• Source and attract top IT talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment
• Schedule interviews with hiring teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Negotiate compensation packages, close offers, and coordinate onboarding processes
• Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate information
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future needs
• Stay updated on hiring trends in the IT industry and the contingent workforce market

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of IT recruitment experience, with a strong focus on FTE and C2H hiring
• Familiarity with IT technologies, roles, and skills (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc)
• Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, GitHub, and other channels
• Strong understanding of US/India hiring models (depending on region), including tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099, etc
• (Optional: based on geography)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience using ATS tools like Greenhouse, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit, or similar
• Exposure to volume/bulk hiring and niche skill hiring
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
