Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen resumes to match job requirements.
Conduct basic telephonic screenings to assess communication and interest level.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities. Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT roles (training will be provided).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced hiring needs.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Familiarity with job portals is a plus (optional for freshers).
