Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for an IT Vendor Manager to handle vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost optimization
The role ensures compliance, risk management, and seamless collaboration with IT teams

Responsibilities:

Select, evaluate & onboard IT vendors
Negotiate contracts & manage SLAs
Monitor vendor performance & resolve issues
Optimize costs & track budgets
Ensure compliance & risk management
Collaborate with IT, procurement & finance teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's in IT/Business; 3-7 years in IT vendor management
Strong negotiation & contract management skills
Experience with ERP, vendor tools, IT services, and procurement
ITIL, PMP, or VMP certification is a plus
Location: Hyderabad,Bengaluru,Chennai,Pune,Noida,Gurugram
