About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for working with people, and a keen interest in the IT recruitment process. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, evaluate candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Support HR team in additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT job roles and technologies (training will be provided).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification

• Any Bachelor’s degree (BBA / MBA HR / B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com or related fields preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
