Placement Manager

Role Overview: As a Training and Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the execution of training and placement & internship strategy. You will actively participate in BTL & TTL activities and develop a strong network with HR Heads of top companies. Your main goal will be to achieve individual targets for the annual recruitment process, summer internships, and live projects. Additionally, you will be required to convert new accounts through structured market outreach and plan strategic activities with corporates such as guest lectures, panel discussions, workshops, competitions, etc. You will also manage and support student career services, including career counseling and grooming, to help students prepare for interviews. Your role will involve creating new placement partners based on placement load across schools and managing existing placement partners for repurchase of placements and internships.
