Key Responsibilities Teaching & Program Development (40%) Design and deliver executive education programs focused on financial leadership, investment strategy, and financial technology Develop innovative curricula, learning journeys, and pedagogical approaches that resonate with senior executives Direct flagship executive programs, ensuring alignment with market needs and educational excellence Create immersive learning experiences that blend theoretical frameworks with practical applications Provide thought partnership and advisory support to program participants implementing financial initiatives Research & Thought Leadership (30%) Maintain an active research agenda resulting in publications in top-tier finance and economics journals Develop pedagogical materials including case studies, simulations, and financial modeling tools Contribute to the intellectual discourse on financial innovation through white papers, industry reports, and media engagement Present research at prestigious academic conferences and industry forums Apply the GTRMP framework to extend research impact beyond traditional academic boundaries Client Engagement & Business Development (20%) Engage with CFOs and financial executives to understand emerging financial challenges and market trends Collaborate with corporate partners to develop customized financial learning solutions Participate in business development activities to expand Woxsen's executive education portfolio Build and nurture relationships with financial institutions, industry associations, and professional networks Represent Woxsen at high-profile industry events and executive finance forums Institutional Citizenship (10%) Contribute to faculty development and mentorship initiatives Participate in university governance and strategic planning Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on interdisciplinary programs Support institutional accreditation and quality enhancement efforts Enhance Woxsen's reputation and brand in the executive education marketplace Qualifications Essential PhD in Finance, Economics, or related field from a globally recognized research institution Established research profile evidenced by publications in respected peer-reviewed journals in finance, banking, or related domains Proven track record of excellence in executive education and ability to engage effectively with senior financial leaders Strong understanding of contemporary business challenges related to financial management, investment strategy, and fintech innovations Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences Experience in program development and curriculum design for executive audiences Fluency in English with outstanding presentation and facilitation skills Desirable Industry experience in financial services, investment banking, or financial consulting Experience living or working in multiple countries and financial markets Proven ability to secure research grants and corporate sponsorships Experience implementing the GTRMP framework (Grants, Teaching, Research, Media, Policy) Track record of developing innovative pedagogical materials (cases, financial simulations) Media presence and thought leadership in finance and investment domains Experience with online and blended learning approaches for executive education Professional network that includes senior financial executives and business leaders Relevant professional certifications (CFA, FRM, etc.) Show more Show less
