This senior position is dedicated to driving revenue generation through corporate partnerships, executive education program sales, and endowment development. The role holder will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue targets while representing Woxsen University with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.Reports to: Director, Woxsen ForesightLocation: Hyderabad, TelanganaRevenue Target: ₹2 Crore annually PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership (20%)Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across corporate partnerships, executive education enrollments, and endowmentsCreate structured account plans for top 50 target companies in priority industriesBuild and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makersIdentify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on themCollaborate with university leadership to align revenue generation efforts with institutional goalsCorporate Partnership Development (30%)Lead end-to-end business development processes for Platinum and Gold tier corporate partnerships (₹15-25 lakhs+)Design customized partnership proposals addressing specific corporate needsNegotiate complex agreements with favorable terms for both partiesEstablish long-term strategic relationships with corporate partners beyond transactional engagementsConvert one-time corporate clients into recurring revenue streamsExecutive Education Sales (25%)Drive enrollment in flagship executive education programs through corporate channelsIdentify and secure opportunities for custom corporate training programs (₹15 lakhs+ per program)Articulate value proposition of Woxsen's executive education offerings to senior executivesCollaborate with program delivery team to ensure alignment between sales promises and program executionDevelop innovative pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenueEndowment and Sponsorship Generation (15%)Secure major endowments from corporations and high-net-worth individualsDevelop compelling cases for support aligned with donors' strategic objectivesCultivate relationships with potential donors through strategic engagementWork with university leadership on naming opportunities and recognition strategiesEnsure proper stewardship of donor relationships for long-term sustainabilityTeam Collaboration (10%)Work closely with the Director of Woxsen Foresight on overall strategy alignmentCoordinate with Dr. Pratik (Head, Executive Education) to align program offerings with market demandsPartner with Dr. Ravi (Research Director) to leverage thought leadership for sales opportunitiesCollaborate with Somesh (Operations & Marketing Manager) to ensure seamless delivery of commitmentsProvide strategic guidance to business development interns to enhance their effectiveness KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSRevenue Generation:₹2 Crore annual revenue target, with quarterly milestonesMinimum of 2 Platinum partnerships (₹25 lakhs+ each) annuallyMinimum of 4 Gold partnerships (₹15 lakhs each) annuallySecure at least 1 major endowment (₹25 lakhs+) annuallyPipeline Development:Maintain active pipeline of 3x annual target valueGenerate minimum 20 qualified corporate leads per monthAchieve 25% conversion rate on qualified opportunitiesReduce average sales cycle to under 90 daysRelationship Building:Establish relationships with minimum 100 C-suite executivesAchieve 80% retention rate for corporate partnershipsSecure 5 corporate testimonials/case studies per quarterGenerate 10 referrals from existing partners annuallyExecutive Education Enrollment:Drive corporate enrollment for 15 participants per flagship programSecure 4 custom corporate programs annually (₹15 lakhs+ each)Achieve 90% fill rate for all executive education offeringsMaintain corporate participant satisfaction score of 4.5/5 QUALIFICATIONSRequired Experience & Qualifications10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnershipsProven track record of consistently achieving ₹2+ crore annual revenue targetsBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredExperience selling high-value programs/services to C-suite executivesDemonstrated success in higher education, professional services, or management consulting sectorsStrong network of corporate connections in South/Central IndiaExperience with CRM systems and sales pipeline managementOutstanding presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in higher education or executive education salesUnderstanding of corporate Learning & Development functions and budgeting processesExperience with endowment development or fundraisingKnowledge of industries aligned with Woxsen's strengths (Business, Technology, Design)Familiarity with Hyderabad/Telangana business environment
