Accounts Manager

• Accounts & Financial Management
• Maintain complete books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Statutory Compliance & Audit
• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, PF/ESI, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, and ensure timely completion of audits.
• File GST returns, TDS returns, advance tax, and other regulatory submissions.
• Taxation & Regulatory Matters
• Handle all aspects of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
• Manage assessments, notices, and queries from tax authorities.
• Stay updated with latest amendments in laws and regulations.
• Banking & Treasury Management
• Manage company’s banking operations including OD, BG, LC, loan renewals, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital management.
• Maintain relationships with bankers and financial institutions.
• Team Leadership & Process Control
• Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 junior accountants.
• Implement strong internal controls and accounting systems.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
• General Accounting & Operations
• Manage daily accounting entries, expense tracking, and approvals.
• Vendor payments, receivables, and payroll accounting.
• Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis for decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:
