Accounts Manager

**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for maintaining the books of accounts for US-based clients by communicating effectively with them. It is essential to have good verbal and English writing skills to ensure clear communication. Confidentiality and ethical behavior are of utmost importance in this role. Additionally, there might be a requirement to work in the US time zone to engage with clients effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Learn and utilize Docyt's proprietary software for account bookkeeping of US-based clients, including proficiency in QuickBooks. - Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, income and expenditure statements. - Reconcile a chart of accounts, including bank accounts, and post month-end journal entries. - Uphold the highest level of integrity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial data. - Be open to flexibility in working hours, including potential Saturday and Sunday shifts as per client requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Undergraduate degree in finance or commerce with an accounting concentration is highly desired. - 2-4 years of recent experience in account management related to accounting. - Good verbal and English writing skills for effective communication with U.S.-based clients. - Willingness to work in night shifts when required to communicate with customers. **Additional Details:** Docyt is a super app that leverages AI technology in the accounting tech stack.
