Accounts Manager

Location: Bhosari-MIDC

Job Description

• Handle complete Sales Accounting Operations, including closing of books and financial statements.
• Manage Statutory Compliances wrt. Sales Accounting (GST, TDS )
• Conduct Internal and Statutory Audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, Daily Financial Dashboards, Outstanding Reports, conflict resolution and data Analysis.
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies, including credit limits, Credit note management, warranty claims, scheme control & effectiveness.
• Support Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) in resolving financial issues and process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

• B.Com with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Building Material Industry preferred , else consumer goods , auto sales.
• Exposure to Multi-Location Accounting and Audit Management.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Integrity, Punctuality, and Process Adherence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have led a team of 10+ on-roll and off-roll (Back office )
• Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
