Handle attendance & payroll of On Roll & Off Roll employeesPlan & make available contract labour headcount based on Production requirementIdentify, Appoint & Manage HR & Admin VendorsTimely & Correct Statutory & Legal CompliancesHandle plant admin workPreparation & timely updation of HR, Admin MIS5S/Housekeeping, SecurityPlan & execute specific HR & Admin related Projects

Candidate Profile

Experience – 05 -08 yrs
Education- Post Graduate , preferably in HR
Good written and oral communication skills
Hands-on experience w. r. t. Statutory & Legal compliances
Must be operationally experienced on websites related to PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Payroll, statutory compliance
Local level issues to be resolved
Own vehicle is must
Must be residing within a 10 km radius from MIDC Bhosari
